How does the Palette Putty work?
Our exclusive Palette Putty is a white adhesive that is 100% washable. So, no worrying about making a mess or staining anything at the party or event! Just craft away worry free!
What is the return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your order! But if things are not right and you want to start a return, please contact us at hello@mymosaicpalette.com to issue a return request.
After a return request is made and approved, we will send you a shipping label. Returns must be completed within ten days from when you received your order. To complete a return, the item and item’s packaging must be in perfect condition. Only unopened item packaging may be returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items that are returned without a return request will not be refunded.
If the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item please contact us immediately so we can assist you. We will arrange a replacement and provide instructions on how to return the damaged or wrong item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and then issue a refund in the form of original payment.
What about shipping rates?
We like to make things easier by offering a flat shipping rate! The shipping fee for orders under $150.00 is $8.00.
Shipping for orders totaling $150.00 and up is free!
We also offer free pickup at any of our 2 locations.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. No returns on gift cards.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours.
